Hello from Russia! I'm still continue posting into my photo blog. New post about a summer trip to Indonesia is ready! Almost every photo in this article was taken with GoPro Hero5 & Ricoh GR cameras.
Our route: Lombok, Gili Air, Amed, Ubud, Changgu, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan, Nusa Penida & Uluwatu.
Sunrise / Nusa Penida
Gili Air was super quiet because of Ramadan celebration. A lot of half empty beach bars and many small quiet restaurants. At night there were almost no electric lights, so I have a good opportunity to shoot stars in the sky.
Night at Gili Air
Most of the daytime I spent underwater. I saw many fishes, a few turtles and some underwater statues.

The best discovery of the entire trip was Amed, a small village in East Bali.
Amed sunset
Amed is a quiet and peaceful place with every angle view on Agung volcano. I snorkeled directly from the beach around the crazy beautiful underwater world & had loud parties every evening at some local bars. One day we saw a small volcano eruption which was finished in 10 minutes. By the way, on the day we had to fly from Bali to Thailand Agung, volcano had a serious eruption that caused evacuation of people & closing the airport, so we were lucky to have our flight on schedule.

Some scary looking fished
Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan. Two small islands nearby Bali, they are connected to each other with the Yellow Bridge. They are village-like places with huge waves on the beach and dangerous cliffs. After a few days in a crowdy Ubud, it was a good place to chill.
Devil's tears cliff
Nusa Penida. One more discovery of that trip is Nusa Penida. Beautiful mostly untouched nature, difficult & sometimes dangerous narrow roads & superb snorkeling. The island has been growing rapidly. Around 5 years ago it became a tourist attraction and, its a pity, but it will become a typical Bali like place — overcrowded & expensive. By the way, around 150 years ago Nusa Penida was a Jail Island where criminals from Bali were held.

The most memorable thing after volcano eruption was snorkeling with Manta Rays. They are large rays belonging to the genus Manta. It was really a thing to swim nearby so massive animals, they are friendly but scary because of the size and the movement speed.

Some kind of a huge Tuna fish
Uluwatu is a huge rock… literally, the end of the world. Tremendous size of the cliffs there is amazing, and you are hypnotized by the waves the crashing against the rocks. But there's almost nothing to do except surfing.
